There aren’t many estate agents I wouldn’t cringe at the sight of a call from, but Ian goes above and beyond to deliver a service that ensures he is poles apart from the “smarmy estate agent” you’d be used to.

Throughout the buying process, he’s been really helpful and proactive (chasing both sides to help speed the process up, answering all of my questions, recommending various tradesmen for quotes etc) as well as being personable and trustworthy.
