Ian prides himself on providing honest and accurate advice as well as unrivalled support to his clients. He has a relentless approach to connecting the right people in any property transaction and that rybull group deliver best in class marketing and using market leading technology combined with a high energy work ethic to ensure clients achieve their goals.

Outside of work Ian is married to Amy and they have a daughter and another child expected in May 2024. He enjoys playing golf and is always up for a round with both current and new clients.

Chris started his estate agency career at grass roots in 2010, joining a family-owned estate agency in Buckinghamshire. In 2012 he was headhunted by one of the UKs most recognised estate agency brands to run a Hertfordshire based office. As the youngest manager of a 90-office network, Chris doubled the office turnover in his first full year. Recognised for his impressive achievements, he was named as a finalist at Sunday Times Property Awards in 2015.

His ability to ‘spot a development opportunity’ steered Chris into Land & New Homes. Promoted to Director, he covered the Northern Home Counties, overseeing multiple brands within the group. In 2017 Chris left the corporate world and started a property consultancy business, advising developers and investors, providing sales, marketing, and acquisition advice. In 2021 Chris founded trademyland, which quickly grew into a recognised and trusted acquisitions agency covering the South of England.

Outside of work Chris loves a good Sunday dog walk on the beach, ideally finishing with a pub lunch. His happy place is by the sea, spending time with his daughter, partner and their jackapoo, Lola.

Emily brings over 18 years of experience in new home sales and an extensive understanding of the property market. As our primary contact for new homes development, she excels at building strong relationships with developers from the initial concept through to the completion of sales. Her expertise in pricing developments, advising on layouts, designs, and specifications ensures that your development aligns perfectly with the target audience. Emily’s skills and knowledge add significant value to our clients throughout the process, enhancing financial returns and increasing rates of sale.

Outside of work Emily and her husband Matt have two children and a miniature poodle, Sophie. They love spending time together as a family, going on dog walks, and bike rides…alongside jetting off on holiday whenever possible!
Emily enjoys keeping fit and can regularly be found in the gym.
